It's a new year, and a new you! For motivation there is nothing like group courses, and at Westgate Heath Club we are proud to offer a range of group fitness programs from Les Mills as well as specific circuits such as Preggi-Bellies and Boxing Cicuits .

This is a non contact circuit. Ideal to help lose weight and gain general fitness.
